摘　　要：本文基于2024版《ACTFL外语能力指南》(以下简称《指南》)的修订,从语音评估的视角系统探讨了语音可理解性的核心概念及其影响因素。2024版《指南》通过增加对听力和口语语音要素的详细描述,强调了语音的可理解性。语音的可理解性涉及语音的准确度、清晰度以及语音信息被听话者准确理解的程度。它具有动态特征,会受到语音多样性和动态性等内部因素以及情境、语境和交际策略等外部因素的综合影响。本文进一步分析了这些修订对语音教学和评估实践的深远影响,提出了优化第二语言语音教学和评估的方法,强调对语音可理解性的关注。Based on the revisions in ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines 2024,this paper systematically explores the core concept of phonological intelligibility and its influencing factors from the perspective of phonology assessment.Guidelines 2024 emphasizes phonological intelligibility by incorporating detailed descriptions of phonological elements in both listening and speaking assessments.Phonological intelligibility involves the accuracy and clarity of speech,and the degree to which it is understood by the listener.It exhibits dynamic characteristics,being influenced by internal factors such as phonological diversity and variability,as well as external factors including situation,context,and communicative strategies.This paper further analyzes the profound impact of these revisions on phonological teaching and assessment practices.It proposes methods for optimizing second language phonological teaching and assessment,emphasizing the importance of focusing on phonological intelligibility.
