摘　　要：经济转型与产业升级的新形势下,中等职业院校人才培养面临着新的机遇与挑战,高素质职业技能人才培养需要准确匹配行业需求与学生特征,实现知识传授、技能培养和价值塑造等育人目标。《电机与拖动》是中职院校电气工程专业教学体系的重要构成,随着制造强国建设的持续推进,制造业在社会主义现代化中扮演着日益重要角色,智能制造在不同场景和不同领域发挥着突出作用,《电机与拖动》课程推动多学科交叉,为学生机械动力、电磁学、电学等领域理论素养和实践能力的培养打下坚实基础,进而引领智能制造的稳步推进。中职院校《电机与拖动》课程需要主动适应时代发展,将全新教学思想、教学方法和教学模式应用于教学改革。此次研究从中职院校《电机与拖动》课程的教学现状与问题入手分析,进而提出教学改革策略,期待为《电机与拖动》课程改革与中等职业教育发展做出积极贡献。Under the new situation of economic transformation and industrial upgrading,the talent training of secondary vocational colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges,and the training of high-quality vocational and technical talents needs to accurately match the needs of the industry and the characteristics of students,so as to achieve the educational goals of knowledge transfer,skill training and value shaping.With the continuous advancement of the construction of a manufacturing power,the manufacturing industry plays an increasingly important role in socialist modernization,intelligent manufacturing plays a prominent role in different scenarios and different fields,and the course of"Motor and Drag"promotes multidisciplinary interdisciplinarity,laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of students'theoretical literacy and practical ability in the fields of mechanical power,electromagnetism,and electricity,and then leading the steady advancement of intelligent manufacturing.The course of"Motor and Traction"in secondary vocational colleges needs to take the initiative to adapt to the development of the times,and apply new teaching ideas,teaching methods and teaching models to teaching reform.This study analyzes the teaching status and problems of the"Motor and Traction"course in secondary vocational colleges,and then puts forward the teaching reform strategy,hoping to make positive contributions to the reform of the"Motor and Traction"course and the development of secondary vocational education.
