摘 要:该文调研总结当前校企联合双导师培养机制中普遍存在的现实问题,分析提出开展高校与企业实质性合作、健全导师队伍遴选和考察标准、促进校内外导师合作等改进措施。在中国矿业大学机械工程学科开展专业学位研究生校企联合双导师培养实践,并在科研成果、薪资待遇、教学方法改革创新和科技成果转化等方面取得显著的成效。研究结果可为真正落实校内外双导师制度、提高专业学位研究生的培养质量提供理论指导。This paper investigates and summarizes the common practical problems in the current dual mentor training mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,and proposes improvement measures such as conducting substantive cooperation between universities and enterprises,improving the selection and evaluation standards of mentor teams,and promoting cooperation between internal and external mentors.It carries out a joint training practice for professional degree graduate students in the field of Mechanical Engineering at China University of Mining and Technology,and has achieved significant results in research achievements,salary treatment,teaching method reform and innovation,and scientific and technological achievements transformation.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for truly implementing the dual mentor system within and outside the school,and improving the quality of professional degree graduate training.
