乡村振兴背景下高校培养职业农民模式探索

摘  要:职业教育在农村现代化进程中发挥重要作用,乡村振兴战略背景下对职业农民的培养提出新的任务和要求。该文在乡村振兴战略背景下,探讨农业高校培养职业农民模式。分析现存问题,包括教学安排脱节、方式不灵活、师资需加强。提出要优化课程设置、创新教学方式、加强师资队伍建设。以辽东学院农民技术员培训班中蓝莓栽培技术培训班为例,阐述其课程设置、教学方式创新、师资强化及显著培训效果,为农业高校培养职业农民提供参考模式,以促进农村经济发展和农业技术成果转化。Vocational education plays an important role in the process of rural modernization.against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,new tasks and requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of professional farmers.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,this paper explores the model of cultivating professional farmers in agricultural universities.Analyze existing problems,including disjointed teaching arrangements,inflexible methods,and the need to strengthen teachers.It is proposed to optimize curriculum settings,innovate teaching methods,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.Taking the blueberry cultivation technology training class in the farmer technician training class of Liaoning University as an example,this paper expounds its curriculum setting,innovation in teaching methods,teacher strengthening and remarkable training effects,thus providing a reference model for agricultural universities to cultivate professional farmers and promote rural economic development and agricultural technology transformation.
