摘 要:针对双Y相移30°六相永磁同步电机容错运行时传统电流预测控制策略对电机参数敏感、抗干扰能力差的问题,提出一种混合自抗扰改进无差拍容错控制策略,通过引入权重系数对电流反馈值进行优化,使系统趋于稳定时允许电感参数变化的范围较传统策略扩大了1/β倍,有效降低了电感参数摄动对系统稳定性的影响;同时采用自适应混合开关策略,将线性和非线性扩张状态观测器相结合,构建混合自抗扰容错控制系统,在不影响小观测误差时自抗扰系统性能的前提下,提高了大观测误差时的非线性增益系数,进一步增大了电机稳态运行区间,提高了系统抗干扰能力和响应速度。最后,搭建仿真与实验平台对所提策略的动静态性能、参数鲁棒性和抗干扰能力进行了分析,验证了所提策略的优越性。The traditional predictive control algorithm is sensitive to the motor parameters,and it has low anti-interference ability in the fault-tolerant operation of double Y phase shift 30°six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.To solve this problem,a hybrid active disturbance rejection improved deadbeat fault-tolerant control strategy was proposed.The weight coefficient was first introduced to optimize the current feedback value,which expands the stable range by 1/βtimes compared with the traditional strategy and reduces the influence of the inductance parameter perturbation on the stability of the system.The adaptive hybrid switching strategy was then used to combine the linear and nonlinear extended state observers for the development of an active disturbance rejection fault-tolerant control system,which improves the gain coefficient in the case of large observation error.This enables further increase of the steady-state operation range of the motor,and improvement of the anti-interference ability and response speed of the system.Finally,a simulation and experimental platform was built to analyze the dynamic and static performance,parameter robustness,and anti-interference ability of the proposed strategy.The obtained results verify the superiority of the proposed method.
