高校学生食堂食品安全管理存在的问题及应对措施

摘  要:随着高校学生人数逐年增加,食堂规模也随之扩大,食品安全问题逐渐显现,给广大师生的健康带来了威胁,影响高校的正常教学和生活秩序。本文以实际管理工作中发现的问题为出发点,通过梳理高校学生食堂食品安全管理中存在的典型问题,如食品安全责任落实不到位、食品采购与存储不规范、加工制作过程存在隐患、环境设施不达标及员工安全意识不足等。针对这些问题,本文提出切实可行的应对措施,旨在为高校食品安全管理提供理论参考与实践指导。With the number of students in colleges and universities increasing year by year,the scale of the cafeteria has also been expanded,food safety problems have gradually emerged,posing a threat to the health of the majority of teachers and students and affecting the normal teaching and living order of colleges and universities.Based on the problems found in the actual management work,this paper sorted out the typical problems existing in the food safety management of college student canteens,such as inadequate implementation of food safety responsibility,non-standard food procurement and storage,hidden dangers in the processing and production process,substandard environmental facilities and insuffcient safety awareness of employees.In response to these problems,this paper proposes practical measures to address them,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the management of food safety in colleges and universities.
