摘  要:本文建立气相色谱-质谱法同时测定食品接触材料中的5-亚乙基-2-降冰片烯迁移量,并对色谱柱、标品溶剂、顶空平衡温度和顶空平衡时间进行优化。样品按照标准规定进行迁移试验,采用顶空进样,气相色谱-质谱法测定,峰面积外标法定量。结果表明,目标物的浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.002 mg·kg^(-1),平均回收率分别为99.29%、102.29%、104.47%,相对标准偏差分别为4.14%、4.13%、2.42%。该分析方法操作简便、精确可靠,回收率高,适用于食品接触材料中的5-亚乙基-2-降冰片烯的测定。In this paper,the simultaneous determination of 5-ethylene-2-norbornene migration amount in food contact materials by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was established,and the chromatographic column,standard solvent,headspace equilibrium temperature and headspace equilibrium time were optimized.The samples were subjected to migration test according to the provisions of the standard,and were determined by headspace injection,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and quantified by peak area external standard method.The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.9996,the detection limit was 0.002 mg·kg^(-1),the average recoveries were 99.29%,102.29%and 104.47%,and the relative standard deviations were 4.14%,4.13%and 2.42%,respectively.The method is simple,accurate and reliable,with high recovery rate,and is suitable for the determination of 5-ethylene-2-norbornene in food contact materials.
