摘 要:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定休闲食品中8种添加剂的快速检测方法。采用高速离心和冷冻方式进行样品提取,用pH=8.5的甲醇-乙酸铵(0.02 mmol·L^(-1))作为流动相,梯度洗脱,并进行加标样品测定。结果表明,各目标化合物在一定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,R^(2)>0.998;样品平均加标回收率在80.2%~99.5%,相对标准偏差在0.7%~2.9%。本方法准确性较好,能满足日常监管筛查检测工作需要。A rapid detection method for the simultaneous determination of 8 additives in snack foods by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Samples were extracted by high-speed centrifugation and freezing,and methanol-ammonium acetate(0.02 mmol·L^(-1))as the mobile phase,gradient elution,and spike sample determination.The results showed that the linear relationship between the target compounds was good in a certain concentration range,R^(2)>0.998,the average recovery rate of the samples was 80.2%~99.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.7%~2.9%.This method has good accuracy and can meet the needs of daily supervision screening and testing.
