食品分析与检验技术在食品质量监管中的应用研究

摘  要:食品质量安全是关乎经济发展与社会稳定的重要议题。近年来,随着分析与检验技术的快速发展,食品质量监管手段不断优化与完善。本文总结了食品质量监管中的主要分析检验技术,如光谱分析技术、色谱分析技术、质谱分析技术以及快速检测技术等,并对各类技术在食品质量监管中的应用进行了具体分析,包括食品添加剂检测、农药残留检测、重金属污染物检测、生物毒素检测以及食品过敏原检测,旨在为食品质量监管工作提供有效参考。Food quality and safety are important issues related to economic development and social stability.In recent years,with the rapid development of analysis and inspection technology,the means of food quality supervision have been continuously optimized and improved.This article summarizes the main analytical and testing techniques in food quality supervision,such as spectral analysis,chromatographic analysis,mass spectrometry analysis,and rapid detection technology.It also provides a specific analysis of the application of various techniques in food quality supervision,including food additive detection,pesticide residue detection,heavy metal pollutant detection,biotoxin detection,and food allergen detection,aiming to provide effective reference for food quality supervision work.
