摘 要:在全面深化校企合作与产教融合的时代背景下,产业导师队伍的建设作为现代产业学院发展的核心环节,对于提升院校整体建设成果具有举足轻重的作用。基于帕森斯的结构功能主义理论框架,深入剖析了产业导师在专业发展过程中面临的多元角色定位、专业化达成、“双元”能力融合及可持续发展等关键议题。通过系统分析产业导师在专业成长中遇到的现实困境,进一步提出了落实职责定位、明晰职业目标、深化校企合作及构建维持机制等实践路径,以期为促进产业导师的专业成长与发展提供有力支持。Amidst the era of comprehensively deepening cooperation between universities and enterprises,as well as the integration of industry and education,the construction of the industrial mentor team,as a pivotal component in the advancement of modern industrial academies,plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall institutional development outcomes.Drawing upon Talcott Parsons’structural functionalism framework,this paper delves into the multifaceted challenges confronted by industrial mentors during their professional development,such as multi-role positioning,achievement of professionalization,integration of dual competencies,and sustainable development.Through a systematic analysis of the practical dilemmas encountered by industrial mentors in their professional growth,the paper subsequently proposes practical pathways such as implementing definitive role assignments,clarifying career objectives,intensifying school-enterprise collaborations,and constructing sustainable mechanisms,in order to provide robust support for fostering the professional growth and development of industrial mentors.
