摘  要:高等职业教育数字化转型不仅是应对数字社会建设需求的必要举措,而且是提升人才培养质量、增强职业教育适应性的关键途径。数字化转型通过数字技术驱动专业建设范式变革,能促进教育资源的优化配置和校企协同育人质量的提升,有效满足经济社会对高素质技术技能人才的需求。针对高等职业教育数字化转型面临的技术、资源、人才、体制等多方面挑战,从基础设施建设、资源和资金投入、师资队伍建设和政策与配套机制等方面,探讨具体的实践路径,旨在构建适应“互联网+”的教学体系,推动职业教育高质量发展。The digital transformation of higher vocational education is not only a necessary measure to meet the needs of digital society construction,but also a key way to improve the quality of talent cultivation and enhance the adaptability of vocational education.Digital transformation drives the transformation of professional construction paradigm through digital technology,which can promote the optimization of educational resource allocation and the improvement of collaborative education quality between schools and enterprises,and effectively meet the needs of the economy and society for high-quality technical and skilled talents.In view of the challenges faced by the digital transformation of higher vocational education in terms of technology,resources,talents and system,this paper discusses the specific practical path from the aspects of infrastructure construction,resources and capital investment,teaching staff construction and policy and supporting mechanism,so as to build a teaching system adapted to“Internet+”and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
