摘 要:目的:分析山东省潍坊市食源性疾病流行病学特征。方法:对2023年潍坊市食源性疾病暴发事件和主动监测病原学信息进行流行病学分析。结果:2023年,潍坊市共上报食源性疾病暴发事件59起,10月出现的事件数最多,占总数的16.95%,食品类别以蔬菜与蔬菜制品为主,占总数的18.64%,进食场所以家庭为主,占总数的66.00%,每起发病人数以小于10人为主,占总数的97.00%;共采集主动监测粪便标本208份,检出阳性标本70份,阳性检出率为33.65%,其中沙门氏菌检出率为20.67%,致泻大肠埃希氏菌检出率为6.25%,诺如病毒检出率为6.73%。结论:2023年,潍坊市食源性疾病暴发时间以夏秋季为主,进食场所以家庭为主,食品类别以蔬菜与蔬菜制品为主,每起发病人数多为小于10人,病原体中沙门氏菌检出率最高,其次为诺如病毒和致泻大肠埃希氏菌,建议相关部门加大食品安全宣传力度,保障居民身体健康。Objective:Analyze the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Weifang city,Shandong province.Method:Epidemiological analysis of foodborne disease outbreaks and active surveillance of pathogenic information in Weifang city in 2023 was conducted.Result:A total of 59 foodborne disease outbreaks were reported in Weifang city in 2023.The number of events in October was the largest,accounting for 16.95%of the total.The food category was mainly vegetables and vegetable products,accounting for 18.64%of the total.The place of eating was mainly family,accounting for 66.00%of the total.The number of patients in each case was mainly less than 10,accounting for 97.00%of the total.A total of 208 stool samples were collected for active surveillance,and 70 positive samples were detected,with a positive detection rate of 33.65%.Among them,the detection rate of Salmonella typhimurium was 20.67%,the detection rate of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli was 6.25%,and the detection rate of norovirus was 6.73%.Conclusion:The outbreak time of foodborne disease in Weifang city in 2023 is mainly in summer and autumn.Families are the main eating places.The food category is mainly vegetables and vegetable products.The number of patients in each cases is mainly less than 10.The detection rate of Salmonella typhimurium is the highest,followed by norovirus and diarrheagenic Escherichia coli.It is recommended that relevant departments should strengthen the publicity of food safety to ensure the health of residents.
