摘　　要：目的:对一起因进食曼陀罗果实引起的中毒事件进行调查,分析原因并探索防范方法,为今后类似事件的调查及防控提供经验和参考。方法:运用现场流行病学方法调查该起事件病例发病就诊情况、临床症状体征、膳食危险因素暴露情况和可疑食物来源等,采集可疑植株样本进行形态学鉴定。结果:该起事件共有2人发病,主要症状为轻度神志恍惚、头晕、低热,潜伏期45~75 min。采集到1株带绿色果实的可疑植株,经形态学鉴定为曼陀罗,绿色果实为曼陀罗果实。结论:该起事件为一起误食曼陀罗果实引起的食物中毒事件,提示应广泛开展预防曼陀罗中毒的宣传教育,将城乡交界和农村地区作为重点宣教阵地,增强人们对曼陀罗植株、果实、种子等的辨别能力,避免类似事件再次发生。Objective:Conduct an investigation into a poisoning incident caused by consuming Mandrake fruit,analyze the underlying causes,and explore preventive measures to offer experience and reference for future investigations and prevention of similar incidents.Method:The field epidemiological method was employed to investigate the onset and treatment of the cases,clinical symptoms and signs,dietary risk factor exposure,and suspected food sources.Suspected plant samples were collected for morphological identification.Result:Two individuals fell ill in this incident,exhibiting mild confusion,dizziness,and low-grade fever as the primary symptoms,with an incubation period ranging from 45 minutes to 75 minutes.A suspicious plant bearing green fruit was collected and identified as Mandrake through morphological examination.The green fruit was confirmed to be Mandrake fruit.Conclusion:This incident was a case of food poisoning caused by mistakenly eating Mandrake fruit.It is suggested to widely conduct publicity and education on the prevention of Mandrake poisoning,with a focus on urban-rural border areas and rural regions,enhance the people’s ability to distinguish Mandrake plants,fruits,seeds,etc.,to prevent similar incidents from re-occurring.
