摘 要:食品安全是全球关注的重要议题,快速检测技术因具有高效、便捷等特点,在食品质量安全监管中得到了广泛应用。本文从实践角度出发,系统分析快速检测技术在食品质量安全监管中的应用现状及存在的问题,并提出针对性的优化建议,如提升检测灵敏度、开发低成本设备、加强人才培养等。未来,随着快速检测技术的不断创新和推广应用,我国食品质量安全监管能力将得到进一步提升,为保障公众健康和促进食品产业可持续发展提供重要支撑。Food safety is an important issue of global concern.Rapid detection technology has been widely used in food quality and safety supervision because of its high efficiency and convenience.From the perspective of practice,this paper systematically analyzes the application status and existing problems of rapid detection technology in food quality and safety supervision,and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions,such as improving detection sensitivity,developing low-cost equipment,strengthening personnel training.In the future,with the continuous innovation and promotion of rapid detection technology,China’s food quality and safety supervision capacity will be further improved,providing important support for protecting public health and promoting the sustainable development of the food industry.
