摘  要:本文概述了复合膳食纤维的概念与特性以及果蔬制品作为膳食纤维载体的优势,介绍了不同剂型的复合膳食纤维果蔬制品,探讨了复合膳食纤维果蔬制品的制备方法,分析了复合膳食纤维果蔬制品在膳食调控中的作用,旨在为该类制品在膳食调控领域的合理应用提供科学依据。This article provides an overview of the concept and characteristics of composite dietary fiber,as well as the advantages of fruit and vegetable products as carriers of dietary fiber.Different formulations of composite dietary fiber fruit and vegetable products are introduced,and the preparation methods of composite dietary fiber fruit and vegetable products are discussed.The role of composite dietary fiber fruit and vegetable products in dietary regulation is analyzed,aiming to provide scientific basis for the rational application of such products in the field of dietary regulation.
