摘  要:餐饮服务食品安全监督管理已成为确保消费者饮食安全的关键,食品安全监督管理能够确保餐饮服务的食品符合卫生、安全标准,防止食源性疾病的发生。大数据技术则能实时收集和分析餐饮服务食品生产过程中的各种数据,帮助提高食品安全监督管理工作的效率和准确性,降低餐饮服务的食品安全风险,保护消费者的生命健康。鉴于此,本文分析了大数据时代下餐饮服务食品安全监督管理的重要性及有效路径,以期推动餐饮服务的良性发展。Food safety supervision and management of catering services has become the key to ensure the food safety of consumers,and food safety supervision and management can ensure that the food in catering services meets hygiene and safety standards and prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases.Big data technology can collect and analyze various data in the production process of food service in real time,helping to improve the efficiency and accuracy of food safety supervision and management,reduce food safety risks in food service and protect the life and health of consumers.In view of this,this paper analyzes the importance and effective path of food safety supervision and management of catering services in the era of big data,in order to promote the healthy development of catering services.
