摘　　要：本文详细阐述了食品接触材料中荧光增白剂的研究进展,包括其种类、性质、迁移规律、检测方法以及安全性评估等方面。分析了荧光增白剂在不同食品接触材料中的应用现状和潜在风险,概述了目前常用的检测技术,并探讨了未来的研究方向,旨在为保障食品安全和规范食品接触材料的使用提供全面的理论依据和技术支持。In this paper,the research progress of fluorescent brighteners in food contact materials is elaborated in detail,including their types,properties,migration rules,detection methods and safety evaluation.This paper analyzes the application status and potential risks of fluorescent brighteners in different food contact materials,summarizes the commonly used detection technologies,and discusses future research directions,aiming to provide a comprehensive theoretical basis and technical support for ensuring food safety and standardizing the use of food contact materials.
