摘　　要：Around 70%of ovarian cancers are diagnosed at an advanced stage.The International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)classification categorises retroperitoneal abdominal lymph node metastases,including pelvic,lumboaortic and hepato-coeliac nodes,as stageⅢA1,whereas extra-abdominal lymph node involvement,such as cardiophrenic or inguinal nodes,corresponds to stage IVB.1 However,within the abdominal cavity,the involvement of different lymph node stations is associated with a markedly different prognosis.
