摘　　要：劳动精神作为一种时代精神,意蕴丰富,历久弥新,是推动我国社会进步的强大动力,体现的是一种精神面貌、精神品质和精神追求。在对大学生进行创新创业教育的过程中,需要劳动精神的指引。立足于劳动精神融入大学生创新创业教育的必要性并对其存在的问题进行分析,探索其深度融合的模式,构建“知、情、意、行”的教育模式,将劳动精神融入创新创业教育之中,进一步强化提升大学生坚毅担当的品质,从而切实培养大学生正确的创业观,提高大学生创新创业的能力,增强就业竞争力,实现高质量就业。As a kind of spirit of the times,labor spirit has rich meaning and is a powerful driving force to promote social progress in our country.It reflects a kind of spiritual outlook,spiritual quality and spiritual pursuit.In the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,the guidance of labor spirit is needed.Based on the necessity of integrating labor spirit into college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education and analyzing its existing problems,this paper explores the mode of deep integration of labor spirit into innovation and entrepreneurship education,further strengthens and improves the quality of college students’perseverance and responsibility,and effectivelycultivates college students’correct entrepreneurial outlook,hoping to improve college students’ability of innovation andentrepreneurship,enhance employment competitiveness,and achieve high-quality employment.
