摘　　要：校园文化与企业文化融合既有助于加强高职院校校园文化建设,也有助于企业发展、学生成才。在分析高职校企文化深度融合的现实意义及当前校企文化融合存在的问题的基础上,探索线上线下相结合的高职校企文化深度融合模式,以提升文化育人实效。Integrating campus culture with enterprise culture not only helps strengthen the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges,but also contributes to the development of enterprises and the success of students.On the basis of analyzing the practical significance of the deep integration of higher vocational campus culture and enterprise culture and the current problems of school-enterprise cultural integration,this paper explores the deep integration mode of online and offline higher vocational campus culture and enterprise culture to improve the effectiveness of cultural education.
