责任关怀理念下高职院校化工类专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：以责任关怀理念为指导,对高职院校化工类专业人才培养模式进行了研究。通过分析当前高职院校化工类专业人才培养的现状,发现了存在课程设置不合理、实践教学环节不足和师资队伍建设不完善等问题,难以满足化工行业对人才的新要求。提出了在高职化工教育中融入责任关怀理念,培养具备社会责任、职业责任和环境责任的高素质应用型人才,具体改革措施包括强化人才培养目标的针对性、优化课程设置、改进实践教学、加强师资队伍建设、完善质量保障体系、促进校企合作等。Guided by the concept of responsible care,this article conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study on the talent cultivation mode of chemical engineering majors in high vocational colleges.Firstly,an analysis was conducted on the current situation of talent cultivation in chemi-cal engineering majors in vocational colleges,and it was found that there are problems such as unreasonable curriculum design,insufficient prac-tical teaching process,and imperfect teaching staff construction,which are difficult to meet the new requirements of the chemical industry for tal-ents.Secondly,it is proposed to integrate the concept of responsible care into high vocational chemical education,in order to cultivate high-quali-ty applied talents with social responsibility,professional responsibility,and environmental responsibility.Finally,specific reform measures are proposed,including strengthening the pertinence of talent training objectives,optimizing curriculum design,improving practical teaching,enhan-cing the construction of teaching staff,improving the quality assurance system,and promoting school enterprise cooperation.
