摘 要:基于ZUA高校学生在完成《大学生创业基础》课程后提交的反思日志,采用扎根理论研究方法,深入剖析了创新创业教育(IEE)如何影响学生非认知能力的发展。结果识别出7个影响非认知能力发展的主要范畴,其中“创业心态与发展”是核心,是激发学生内在动机和建立积极信念体系的驱动力。与创新知识与技能发展、商业能力与市场适应、教育体验与学习动态、团队协作与领导力等6个范畴共同构成了对学生非认知能力培养的综合影响网络。为支持学生非认知能力的全面发展,建议创新创业教育贯穿所有学科,并将非认知能力的评估纳入教育评价体系。同时,创新创业教育应聚焦培养学生的创业心态,并通过跨学科项目和以实践为导向的学习策略,进一步推动学生非认知能力的发展。以期深化对IEE影响力的理解,并为教育者提供具体的理论支持和实践指导。Based on the reflection logs submitted by students from ZUA after completing the“Entrepreneurship Basics for College Students”course,this study employs the grounded theory research method to deeply analyze how Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education(IEE)affected the development of students non-cognitive abilities.The research findings identify seven main categories that influence the development of non-cognitive skills,with“Entrepreneurial Mindset and Development”being the core,serving as a driving force to stimulate students intrinsic motivation and establish a positive belief system.These categories,including Innovation Knowledge and Skill Development,Business Competence and Market Adaptability,Educational Experience and Learning Dynamics,and Team Collaboration and Leadership,collectively form a comprehensive impact network on the cultivation of students non-cognitive abilities.To support the holistic development of students non-cognitive skills,it is recommended that IEE be integrated across all disciplines and that the assessment of non-cognitive abilities be incorporated into the educational evaluation system.Additionally,IEE should focus on cultivating students entrepreneurial mindset and further promote the development of their non-cognitive abilities through interdisciplinary projects and practice-oriented learning strategies.It is expected to deepen the understanding of the impact of IEE and provide educators with concrete theoretical support and practical guidance.
