摘 要:探究案例结合问题教学法对重症医学科住院医师临床思维能力及综合急救技能的影响。于2020年6月—2023年10月选取46例住院医师作为研究对象,采用单双号随机化法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各23例。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组则采用案例结合问题教学法,比较两组住院医师考核成绩、带教老师满意度评分、思维能力以及培训反馈情况。结果显示,培训后,观察组考试成绩、带教老师满意度评分、思维能力评分以及各项综合能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,案例结合问题教学法可显著提高住院医师的理论知识与临床实践操作水平,增强其思维能力,增加其综合急救技能。To explore the impact of the case-based and problem-based teaching method on the clinical thinking ability and comprehensive first-aid skills of residents in the department of critical care medicine.From June 2020 to October 2023,46 residents were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by the odd-even number randomization method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the observation group adopted the case-based and problem-based teaching method.The assessment scores,satisfaction scores of teaching teachers,thinking ability,and training feedback of the two groups of residents were compared.The results showed that after training,the examination scores,satisfaction scores of teaching teachers,thinking ability scores,and various comprehensive abilities of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the case-based and problem-based teaching method can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice operation level of residents,enhance their thinking ability,and increase their comprehensivefirst-aid skills.
