摘　　要：当前全球化经济浪潮到来,“一带一路”建设进一步深化,来华留学生人数逐年增加。国际学生日渐成为中华文化对外传播的重要力量。但是受到管理工作机制缺失、分层教学实施模糊、文化实践活动不足等现实问题影响,高职院校来华留学生对中华文化的认知和体会存在不少误区。该文基于对中华优秀传统文化教育的调研、实践和思考,重点探究高职院校来华留学生跨文化适应教育存在的问题,借鉴国内外跨文化适应相关理论实践经验,针对当前来华留学生跨文化适应教育问题,从身心适应、学业适应、文化生活适应三个方面总结归纳出高职院校来华留学生跨文化适应教育实施路径,以解决当下跨文化适应教育体系建设过程中出现的困难和不足。With the arrival of the current wave of globalized economy and the further deepening of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,the number of international students in China has increased year by year.International students have gradually become an important force in the dissemination of Chinese culture.However,affected by the lack of management mechanisms,the fuzzy implementation of stratified teaching,and the lack of cultural practice activities,there are many misunderstandings in the cognition and experience of Chinese culture among international students in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of excellent traditional Chinese culture,based on the research,practice and thinking of excellent traditional Chinese culture education,this paper focuses on exploring the problems of cross-cultural adaptation education for international students in higher vocational colleges,drawing on the relevant theoretical and practical experience of cross-cultural adaptation at home and abroad,and then puts forward suggestions for the current cross-cultural adaptation education problems for international students in China.It summarizes the implementation path of cross-cultural adaptation education for international students in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:physical and mental adaptation,academic adaptation,and cultural life adaptation,so as to solve the difficulties and shortcomings in the construction of the current cross-cultural adaptation education system.
