摘　　要：[目的]探索为乡村振兴培养涉农专业创新创业人才的路径。[方法]基于广东梅州职业技术学院,以乡村振兴背景下高职院校涉农专业学生创新创业能力提升为支点,探讨创新创业人才培养路径。[结果]涉农专业创新创业人才培养路径有:将创新创业教育渗透到专业课程,采取全过程育人,加强政策与赛事宣传;设置特色课程,以“课程思政”为引领,结合地方特色产业,拓展授课形式,构建“双师”课堂;推进“产学研”三位一体协同育人,整合三方资源,助力乡村振兴;以赛促教,借助各类赛事培养学生专业技能和创新创业能力;加强成果孵化,引导学生参与科研,构建技术型孵化体系,推进成果转化。[结论]该人才培养模式是切实提升涉农专业大学生创新创业能力的有效路径。[Objectives]The path of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural majors under the background of rural revitalization was studied.[Methods]Meizhou Vocational and Technical College in Guangdong Province was used to study the path of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents,with the focus on enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of agricultural majors in vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization.[Results]The path of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural majors includes integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into major courses,adopting an approach towards full process education,and strengthening popularization of policy and competition.The characteristic courses were set up with value education in the course.Teaching methods were expanded and"dual teacher"classrooms were built by combining local industries with characteristics.The synergistic education of industry,academia,and research was promoted to integrate resources from all three parties,and assist in rural revitalization.Teaching was improved through competitions.Various competitions were used to train the professional skills and innovative and entrepreneurial abilities of students.The incubation of achievements in researches was strengthened.Students were guided to participate in scientific researches.A technology-based incubation system was constructed to promote the transformation of achievements.[Conclusions]The model of training talent established is an effective path to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial abilities of students in agricultural colleges.
