摘 要:优质高效的家校协同育人机制是各育人主体互动联结形成的平衡、和谐、有序的结构,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障,可以促进学生的全面发展与健康成长。当前,家校协同育人机制还存在无序化、浅层次、松散化的问题,其直接原因在于各育人主体权责认知模糊和情感淡漠。心理契约以权责认知和情绪情感体验为核心,基于心理契约构建家校协同育人机制,是从关系的本质层面深化协同育人的必然选择,是促进家校协同育人机制及其主体间关系由无序走向协同、由浅层走向深层、由松散走向密切的关键。依据心理契约,应当构建由权责明确机制、契约达成促进机制、契约执行机制和评价反馈机制联结而成的家校协同育人主体互动机制。The high-quality and efficient home-school cooperative education mechanism is a balanced,harmonious and orderly structure formed by the interaction and connection between various education subjects,an important guarantee for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people,and can promote the all-round development and healthy growth of students.Currently,the homeschool cooperative education mechanism still has the problems of disorder,shallow level and looseness.The direct reason lies in the fuzzy cognition of rights and responsibilities and the indifference of emotions among the subjects of education.The psychological contract takes the cognition of rights and responsibilities and emotional experience as the core,and the construction of the home-school cooperative education mechanism based on the psychological contract is an inevitable choice to deepen the collaborative education from the essential level of the relationship,and is the key to promoting the home-school cooperative education mechanism and its inter-subject relationship from disorder to coordination,from shallow level to deep level,and from looseness to closeness.According to the psychological contract,we should construct the interaction mechanism of home-school cooperative education subjects,which is connected by the mechanism of clarifying rights and responsibilities,the mechanism of promoting contract reaching,the mechanism of contract execution and the mechanism of evaluation and feedback.
