摘 要:目的基于OBE理念建立结构化形成性评价清单,应用于骨科本科护生临床带教中,探讨其应用效果.方法根据我院本科实习护生轮转大纲和实习要求,建立OBE理念结构化形成性评价表,选取2023年3月-12月期间于我院骨科实习的2020级本科护生作为研究对象,并将前5个月实习的38名本科护生作为对照组,后5个月实习的42名本科护生作为干预组,比较两组本科实习护生理论及操作技能成绩、自主学习能力、带教满意度.结果干预组本科护生经过OBE结构化形成性评价带教后,其理论及技能成绩、带教满意度、自主学习能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论OBE理念下的结构化形成性评价应用于骨科护理本科实习护生中,能提高本科护生骨科理论、技能操作水平,促进教与学的反思,提升学生自主学习能力,提高带教满意度.Objective To establish a checklist formative evaluation form under OBE and apply it to orthopedic nursing undergraduates to explore its application effect.Methods According to the rotation outline and internship requirements of undergraduate nursing interns in our hospital,a structured formative evaluation form for OBE concept is established,and 2020 undergraduate nursing students who interned in our orthopedic department from March to December 2023 are selected as the research subjects.38 undergraduate nursing students in the first 5 months of internship were treated as the control group,and 42 undergraduate nursing students in the second 5 months of internship were treated as the intervention group.Theoretical and operational skill scores,independent learning ability,and satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups of undergraduate practicing nursing students.Results Undergraduate nursing students in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group in terms of theory and skill scores,satisfaction with teaching,and independent learning ability after a checklist-based formative assessment of teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of checklist formative evaluation form under OBE to undergraduate practice nursing students in orthopedic nursing can improve the orthopedic theory and skill operation level of undergraduate nursing students,enhance their self-learning ability,promote the reflection of teaching and learning,and improve their satisfaction with teaching.
