摘 要:教育内卷化可用来形容任何与过度竞争有关的教育现象,集中展示了当代教育的症候,既揭示了教育向外无意义突破、向内自我消耗的双重发展困境,又表明了人在教育中逼促的生存状况。从根源上看,教育资源的有限性是造成教育内卷化现象的前提,非理性的教育竞争则加剧了内卷化的程度与危害,最终造成人的自我异化。破解教育内卷化,实现人的本真复归,应做到:坚守教育竞争的人本价值,在积极行动中超越内卷化;推动普职教育的协调发展,满足人才多元化培养需求;建构良性的教育竞争文化,寻求竞争与合作的整合性。The internalization of education can be used to describe any educational phenomenon related to excessive competition,highlighting the symptoms of contemporary education.It not only reveals the dual development dilemma of education’s meaningless external breakthroughs and internal self consumption,but also indicates the survival situation that people are forced to face in education.In terms of occurrence,the limited availability of educational resources is a prerequisite for the phenomenon of educational internalization,while irrational educational competition intensifies the degree and harm of internalization,ultimately leading to self alienation.To crack the internalization of education and achieve a true return to human nature,we should adhere to the humanistic value of educational competition and surpass internalization through active actions;promote the coordinated development of general vocational education and meet the diverse needs of talent cultivation;construct a healthy culture of educational competition and seek the integration of competition and cooperation.
