摘 要:乡村振兴的关键在人才。高职教育是我国培养高素质技术技能型人才的主阵地,与乡村人才振兴存在天然耦合性。国家颁布的一系列政策文件为高职教育赋能乡村人才振兴提供了行动指南和行动自觉。近年来,高职院校为乡村社会发展培育了一大批各类人才。但在实践中,仍然存在人才培养与乡村需求相脱节、培养主体未能形成协同合力、适切性高质量教育资源缺乏等问题。为此,高职教育需辩证统一价值理性与工具理性,着眼于实现乡村人民对美好生活的向往;需增强主动服务意识,注入乡村产业高质量发展“源动力”,构建多主体协同育人机制,打造乡村振兴人才培养“组合拳”,推动优质职教资源共建共享,激发乡村人才振兴“内驱力”,切实赋能乡村振兴。Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Higher vocational education is the main front of training high-quality technical and skilled talents in our country,and it has a natural coupling with the revitalization of rural talents.A series of policy documents issued by the party and the state provide action guidelines and action consciousness for the revitalization of rural talents empowered by higher vocational education.In recent years,higher vocational colleges have cultivated a large number of various talents for the development of rural society.However,in practice,there are still some problems such as the disconnection between talent training and rural needs,the failure of training subjects to form synergy and the lack of appropriate high-quality education resources.To this end,higher vocational education needs to dialectically unify value rationality and tool rationality,focus on realizing the aspirations of rural people for a better life;strengthen active service awareness,inject“source power”to high-quality development of rural industry,build a multi-subject collaborative education mechanism,perform a“combination attack”of talent training in rural revitalization,promote the construction and sharing of high-quality vocational education resources,and stimulate rural talents to revitalize“inner drive”,so as to effectively empower rural revitalization.
