摘　　要：在社会快速发展的背景下,很多高职院校在创新创业教育实施过程中仅关注知识与技能方法的传授,缺乏对生涯规划的重视和培养,致使学生在创新创业选择上缺少目标与方向。因此,本文首先分析创新创业教育和生涯教育的基本关系,其次研究创新创业教育中渗透生涯教育的必要性,最后提出创新创业教育中渗透生涯教育的具体策略,包括建立“创新创业+生涯规划”课程体系、打造“创新创业实践+生涯体验”双平台等,旨在为高职院校创新创业教育和生涯教育融合提供有益借鉴,更好地推动高职学生综合素质与职业发展能力建设。In the context of rapidly developing society,numerous vocational colleges tend to only focus on the impartment of knowledge and skill methodologies during the execution of innovation and entrepreneurship education,neglecting the significance and cultivation of career planning.Consequently,this leads to students lacking goals and directions in their innovation and entrepreneurship choices.Therefore,the article initially examines the fundamental relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and career education.Subsequently,it delves into the necessity of integrating career education into innovation and entrepreneurship education.Ultimately,the article proposes specific strategies for integrating career education into innovation and entrepreneurship education,which include establishing the“innovation and entrepreneurship+career planning”curriculum system and developing the dual platform encompassing“innovation and entrepreneurship practice+career experience”.The aim is to offer valuable insights for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with career education in vocational colleges,thereby enhancing the comprehensive qualities and career development abilities of vocational college students.
