摘　　要：企业实践评价引导和推动教师企业实践开展,决定教师企业实践推进的力度和成效。通过检视高职院校教师企业实践评价现状与存在的不足,在重构教师企业实践评价价值的基础上,从企业实践评价的价值共识达成、机制创新、方法改进三个方面,探索教师企业实践评价的策略,为高职院校教师企业实践工作的诊断改进提供参考。Enterprise practice evaluation guides and promotes the development of teacher enterprise practice,and decides the strength and effect of teacher enterprise practice promotion.Based on the review of the current situation and shortcomings of enterprise practice evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the strategies of enterprise practice evaluation of teachers from three aspects of value consensus,mechanism innovation and method improvement on the basis of reconstructing the value of teacher enterprise practice evaluation,and provides reference for the diagnosis and improvement of enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
