摘  要:培养民族地区医药卫生全科人才,服务农牧民健康,推进卫生健康事业和康养产业发展,助推民族地区乡村振兴。聚焦西部民族地区医药卫生人才培养模式中存在的职业特质内涵不清、协同育人机制不健全、本土化全科能力不强等教学问题,创新提出了“感爱专创献”育人理念、“四方协同”育人机制,构建了“三融合三对接”人才培养体系路径,以有效缓解西部民族地区基层医药卫生人才缺乏问题,全面提高卫生人才培养质量,促进卫生健康事业发展,助力乡村振兴与民族地区稳定发展。To cultivate general personnel of medicine and health in minority areas,serve the health of farmers and herdsmen,promote the development of health and wellness industries,and promote the revitalization of rural areas in minority areas.Focusing on the teaching problems such as unclear professional characteristics,inadequate collaborative education mechanisms,and weak localized general practice abilities in the medical and health personnel training model in western minority areas,we have innovatively proposed education concept of"sympathy,love,specialization,innovation,and contribution"and education mechanism of"four-party collaboration",and constructed personnel training system path of"three integration and three docking"to effectively alleviate the shortage of grassroots medical and health personnel in western minority areas,comprehensively improve the quality of health personnel training,promote the development of health care,and help rural revitalization and stable development of minority areas.
