摘　　要：从麻醉科临床教师绩效评价体系存在的问题出发,将PDCA循环应用于教学绩效管理,从绩效计划、绩效实施辅导、绩效考核和绩效反馈进行全流程优化,形成教学量化考核的反馈进化体系,对绩效考核体系进行迭代更新,以期构建高水平临床教师的绩效评价体系,提高临床教学质量。PDCA cycle is applied to teaching performance management from the problems existing in the performance evaluation system for clinical teachers in anesthesiology department,optimizing the entire process from performance planning,performance implementation coaching,performance assessment,and performance feedback to form a feedback evolution system for quantitative assessment of teaching.The performance assessment system is iteratively updated to construct a high-level performance evaluation system for clinical teachers and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
