摘　　要：基于“校企合作、产教融合”理念建立教师企业实践流动站,是培养“双师型”教师、深化产教融合、促进校企合作的重要途径。在总结职业教育改革相关文件和目前教师企业实践存在问题的基础上,对教师企业实践流动站的运行管理模式进行探究,对流动站的构建和管理、在站教师的工作内容及考核评价体系、流动站持续发展需解决的问题进行分析总结,旨在为加强校企协同、推动产教深入融合提供思路。Establishing a teachers′ practical mobile station in enterprise based on the concept of "cooperation between enterprise and college,integration of industry and education" is an important way to cultivate "double position" teachers,deepen industry education integration,and promote college-enterprise cooperation.Based on the summary of relevant documents of vocational education reform and the current problems in teachers′ enterprise practice,this paper explores the operation and management model of teachers′ practical mobile stations with enterprise,analyzes and summarizes the construction and management of mobile stations,the work content and assessment system of on-site teachers,and the problems that need to be solved for the sustainable development of mobile stations,so as to provide ideas for strengthening college-enterprise cooperation and promoting the deep integration of industry and education.
