摘 要:目的调查“5+3”一体化临床医学生对医患沟通的态度和影响因素,为提高医患沟通能力提供依据。方法采用基本信息调查表和医患沟通技能态度量表,对2016—2018级176名“5+3”一体化临床医学生进行问卷调查。结果96.02%的医学生认为有必要学习医患沟通课程,84.66%的学习过医患沟通课程,60.23%的认为学习医患沟通课程的最佳时间是大四和大五(临床见习实习阶段)。医学生积极态度分量表平均得分为52.00(50.00,56.00)分,十分热爱医学专业是独立影响因素;消极态度分量表平均得分为34.00(31.00,37.00)分,受年级和选择医学专业的原因的影响。结论“5+3”一体化临床医学生对医患沟通比较重视,教师除通过理论授课提高医学生医患沟通技能外,还应在临床见习、实习及住院医师规范化培训阶段的教学中加强医学生医患沟通能力培养。此外要特别注意高年级、非因自己喜欢选择医学专业和不热爱医学专业学生的学习积极性及负面情绪。Objective To investigate the attitudes and influencing factors of "5+3" integrated clinical medical students towards doctor-patient communication,and provide a basis for improving doctor-patient communication skills.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 176 "5+3" integrated clinical medical students from Grade 2016 to 2018 with a Basic Information Questionnaire and Doctor-patient Communication Skills Attitude Scale.Results 96.02% of medical students believe it is necessary to study doctor-patient communication courses,84.66% have studied doctor-patient communication courses,and 60.23% believe that the best time to study doctor-patient communication courses is in their senior and fifth year(clinical internship stage).The average score of the Positive Attitude Scale for medical students is 52.00(50.00,56.00) score,and a strong passion for the medical profession is an independent influencing factor.The average score of the Negative Attitude Scale is 34.00(31.00,37.00) score,which is influenced by grade and the reason for choosing a medical major.Conclusion "5+3" integrated clinical medical students attach great importance to doctor-patient communication.In addition to improving medical students′ doctor-patient communication skills through theoretical lectures,teachers should also strengthen the cultivation of medical students′ doctor-patient communication abilities in clinical internships,internships,and standardized training for resident physicians.In addition,special attention should be paid to the learning enthusiasm and negative emotions of senior students,those who choose medical majors not because they like them,and those who do not love medical majors.
