外语学科国别与区域研究及其人才培养路径探索——基于学科史与教育改革的双重视角

摘  要:自新中国成立以来,外语学科的国别与区域研究经历了从无到有的萌蘖期、内外求索的发展期和厚积薄发的繁盛期。外语学科开展国别与区域研究,既是服务“一带一路”建设的战略需求,也是推动新文科建设与区域国别学学科发展的时代趋势。然而,当前外语学科的国别与区域研究及其人才培养仍不充分,产出可供智库建设的高水平成果较少。对此,外语学科开展国别与区域研究及其人才培养,既要在师资配备、课程设置以及人才培养模式等方面进行深化改革,同时还应在对接国家战略需求的基础上,积极参与全球治理体系改革和建设,为构建新型国际关系和人类命运共同体做出更大贡献。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the study of country and regional studies in the discipline of foreign languages has gone through a period of germination from scratch,a period of development and a period of accumulation and prosperity.The development of country and regional studies in foreign language disciplines is not only a strategic need to serve the construction of the“Belt and Road”,but also a trend of the times to promote the construction of new liberal arts and the development of country and regional studies.However,at present,the research on country and regional studies and the cultivation of talents in department of foreign languages are insufficient,and there are relatively few high-level achievements that can be used for the construction of think tanks.In this regard,department of foreign languages should not only carry out in-depth reforms in terms of faculty allocation,curriculum and talent cultivation mode,but also actively participate in the reform and construction of the global governance system on the basis of meeting the national strategic needs,so as to make greater contributions to the construction of a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind.
