摘  要:为探究零部件误差耦合作用对RV减速器传动精度的影响规律,将零件的误差因素等效到力的作用线方向上,建立包含零件偏心误差、装配误差等因素的等效模型方程,通过MATLAB建立模型方程求解程序,求解数学模型。为了验证所建立的数学模型的正确性,建立了RV减速器虚拟样机模型,建模时将误差添加到三维模型上,进行样机仿真分析。通过验证仿真结果与数学模型计算结果可证明建立的数学模型是正确的。设置了50组考虑零部件误差因素大小的正交试验来分析零件误差的耦合作用对传动精度的影响。结果表明:凸轮偏心误差及摆线轮偏心误差对传动精度的影响较大,摆线针齿啮合部分存在的误差对传动精度的影响最大。因此,在整机传动精度要求固定的情况下,首先应该考虑摆线针齿啮合部分存在的误差,其次是曲柄轴凸轮及曲柄轴孔的误差。In order to explore the influence of the error coupling effect of the parts on the transmission accuracy of the RV reducer,the error factors of the parts were equivalent to the direction of the action line of the force,and the equivalent model equation including the eccentricity error and assembly error of the parts was established.The model equation solving program was established by MATLAB to solve the mathematical model.In order to verify the correctness of the established mathematical model,a virtual prototype model of RV reducer was established.The error was added to the three-dimensional model during modeling,and the prototype simulation analysis was carried out.The simulation results and the calculation results of the mathematical model can prove that the mathematical model is correct.Fifty groups of orthogonal experiments considering the size of component error factors were set up to analyze the influence of the coupling effect of component error on the transmission accuracy.The results show that the cam eccentricity error and the cycloidal gear eccentricity error have great influence on the transmission accuracy,and the error of the cycloidal pin tooth meshing part has the greatest influence on the transmission accuracy.Therefore,under the condition that the transmission accuracy of the whole machine is fixed,the error of the cycloidal pin tooth meshing part should be considered first,followed by the error of the crank shaft cam and the crank shaft hole.
