职业院校共享汽车实训基地管理对策的研究

摘　　要：在共享经济背景下,职业院校间汽车实训基地的共享合作成为优化教育资源、提升教学质量的新趋势。通过聚焦于职业院校间汽车实训基地的共享合作管理,分析其管理现状、面临的挑战,提出构建法律法规与监管体系、打造高效信息平台、建立利益协调机制及优化运营管理等对策,旨在推动实训基地的规范化、高效化运作,为技能型人才的培养提供坚实支撑。Under the background of sharing economy,the sharing and cooperation of automobile training bases among vocational colleges has become a new trend to optimize educational resources and improve teaching quality.This paper focuses on the sharing and cooperation management of automobile training bases among vocational colleges,analyzes its current management situation and challenges,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as constructing laws and regulations and supervision system,building high-efficiency information platform,establishing interest coordination mechanism and optimizing operation and management mode,etc.,to improve the standard and efficient operation of training bases and provide a solid support for cultivating skilled personnel.
