摘 要:数字时代背景下,职业教育正经历着与数字技术的深度融合。职业教育数字化转型不仅响应了数字化经济时代的诉求,顺应了教育现代化的新态势,更是职业教育高质量发展的内生需要。在这个过程中,职业教育数字化转型遭遇了现实困境,存在对“数字”理念认识不清晰、资源配置不均衡、数字韧性不够等问题。职业教育数字化转型要突破“技术中心论”,建设“温暖”教育;加强基础设施建设,合理配置资源;关注教育主体数字韧性,加强系统韧性,加速推进职业教育的数字化转型,为重塑职业教育新生态助力。In the context of the digital age,vocational education is undergoing a deep integration with digital technology.The digital transformation of vocational education not only responds to the demands of the digital economy era and conforms to the new trend of educational modernization,but also meets the endogenous needs of high-quality development of vocational education.In this process,the digital transformation of vocational education has encountered practical difficulties,including unclear understanding of the“digital”concept,uneven resource allocation,and insufficient digital resilience.As for the digital transformation of vocational education,we should break through the“technology centric theory”to build a“warm”education,strengthen infrastructure construction to allocate resources reasonably,pay attention to the digital resilience of educational subject and strengthen system resilience to accelerate the digital transformation of vocational education,so as to help reshape the new ecology of vocational education.
