镁基膨润土澄清剂的制备及其蔗汁脱色工艺研究

摘  要:以钠基膨润土为原料,采用MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O对其进行改性得到镁基膨润土,将糖汁的脱色效果作为指标,分别考察了镁基膨润土在制备时MgCl_(2)的浓度、搅拌时间、搅拌温度以及焙烧温度对制备的影响,并采用正交法进一步优化,获得最佳制备条件为:MgCl_(2)溶液浓度1.2 mol/L、搅拌时间3 h、搅拌温度40℃、焙烧温度为460℃,糖汁脱色率最高可达到87.65%。最后采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和BET比表面积等方法对其进行结构行表征。结果表明,镁成功改性了钠基膨润土,改性后比表面大幅度提高。采用最佳条件制备的镁基膨润土澄清剂应用于蔗汁脱色中,进一步考察其用量、吸附脱色时间、温度、pH等工艺条件对甘蔗汁脱色率的影响,结果表明:添加澄清剂0.6 g、脱色时间30min、温度60℃、p H值为4时,脱色率最高可达到93.77%。Using sodium based bentonite as raw material,MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O was used to modify it to obtain magnesium-based bentonite.The decolorization effect of sugar juice was used as an indicator to investigate the effects of MgCl_(2)concentration,stirring time,stirring temperature,and calcination temperature on the preparation of magnesium-based bentonite.The orthogonal method was further optimized to obtain the optimal preparation conditions:MgCl_(2)solution concentration of 1.2 mol/L,stirring time of 3 hours,stirring temperature of 40℃,and calcination temperature of 460℃.The decolorization rate of sugar juice could reach up to 87.65%.Finally,the structure was characterized using methods such as infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and BET specific surface area.The results showed that magnesium successfully modified sodium based bentonite,and the specific surface area was significantly improved after modification.The magnesium-based bentonite clarificant prepared under the optimized conditions was applied to the decolorization of Sugar cane juice.The effects of its dosage,adsorption decolorization time,temperature,pH and other process conditions on the decolorization rate of sugarcane juice were further investigated.The results showed that the highest decolorization rate could reach 93.77%when the clarificant was added 0.6 g,the decization time was 30 min,the temperature was 60℃,and the pH value was 4.
