摘 要:综述了木糖醇的2种主要生产方法:化学制备法和生物转化法,并对其优缺点进行了详细分析。木糖醇作为一种营养甜味剂,具有独特的理化性质。化学制备法经木聚糖酸性水解、水解产物净化解毒和木糖加氢3个步骤制得木糖醇,虽然该方法工艺成熟,但存在流程复杂、污染严重等问题,尤其在水解阶段副反应多,加氢阶段传统雷尼镍催化剂易失活。生物转化法通过木聚糖水解酶和微生物木糖还原酶的作用,将农业副产物木聚糖转化为木糖醇,涵盖细菌、真菌和酵母菌发酵。其中酵母菌产率较高,不过半纤维素水解产生的有害物质需脱毒处理。2种方法各有优劣,对木糖醇生产方法的深入研究,有助于推动产业发展,为优化生产工艺提供理论依据。This article summarizes the two main production methods of xylitol:chemical preparation and biotransformation,and provides a detailed analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.Xylitol,as a nutritional sweetener,has unique physicochemical properties.The chemical preparation method involves three steps:acidic hydrolysis of xylan,purification and detoxification of hydrolysis products,and hydrogenation of xylose to produce xylitol.Although this method is mature,it has problems such as complex process and serious pollution,especially in the hydrolysis stage where there are many side reactions and in the hydrogenation stage where traditional Raney nickel catalysts are prone to deactivation.The biotransformation method converts agricultural byproduct xylan into xylitol through the action of xylan hydrolase and microbial xylose reductase,covering bacterial,fungal,and yeast fermentation.The yeast yield is relatively high,but the harmful substances produced by hemicellulose hydrolysis need to be detoxified.Both methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.In depth research on xylitol production methods can help promote industrial development and provide theoretical basis for optimizing production processes.
