摘 要:目的探讨支架式教学在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取某医院手术室2023年1—3月80名实习护生为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40名。对照组采用传统带教法,观察组采用支架式教学。对比2组考核成绩、岗位胜任力以及对带教的满意度。结果观察组的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩分别为(94.22±2.19)分和(93.36±3.07)分,均高于对照组[(83.35±4.29)分、(82.02±5.41)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组在职业素养、专业态度、专业能力、个性特征、护患关系5个维度的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组的带教满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中采用支架式教学可改善带教质量,提高实习护生考核成绩,增强实习护生对手术室护理岗位的胜任力。Objective To explore the application effect of scaffolding teaching in nursing guidance in operating rooms.Methods A total of 80 intern nursing students from January 2023 to March 2023 in a hospital’s operating room were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 intern nursing students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received scaffolding teaching.Two groups of assessment scores,job competence,and satisfaction with mentoring were compared.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were(94.22±2.19)points and(93.36±3.07)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(83.35±4.29)points,(82.02±5.41)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of five dimensions such as professional ethics,professional attitude,professional ability,personality traits,and nurse patient relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of the observation group with mentoring(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scaffolding teaching in operating room nursing guidance can improve the quality of guidance,enhance the assessment scores of interns,and strengthen their competence in operating room nursing positions.
