摘  要:目的调查南京市某妇产医院妇产科带教老师的师资培训情况与需求。方法选取2022年10—11月参加南京市某妇产医院师资培训的50名带教老师进行问卷调查,内容主要包括年龄、性别、职称、学历、带教年限等基本情况、师资培训情况及满意度调查(培训需求调查、满意度调查)、临床思维能力考试,考察培训效果。结果临床技能指导能力的培训需求最高[(3.60±0.81)分],医学人文与沟通能力培训需求最低[(2.86±0.89)分]。职称在副主任医师及以上的带教老师需求均高于主治医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。学历在本科以上的带教老师在教学设计与实施能力、教学评价与反馈能力方面的需求均高于本科带教老师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。带教年限≤5年的带教老师在教学设计与实施能力、科研与创新能力方面的需求高于带教年限>5年的带教老师,而在医学人文与沟通能力及教学评价与反馈能力方面的需求相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。78.00%的带教老师对培训效果表示满意,考试成绩显示部分带教老师在临床思维能力方面存在不足。结论优化培训内容、制定差异化培训方案、改进培训方式以及加强考试和评估,对于提升妇产科带教老师的临床带教能力具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the teacher training situation and needs of teachers of obstetrics and gynecology department in a maternity hospital in Nanjing.Methods A total of 50 clinical teachers who participated in the teacher training of a maternity hospital in Nanjing City from October to November 2022 were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,which included:basic information such as age,gender,title,education,and number of years of teaching experience;survey on teacher training and satisfaction(training demand survey and satisfaction survey).Clinical thinking ability examination to examine the effect of their training.Results The training demand for clinical skill instruction ability was the highest[(3.60±0.81)points],and the training demand for medical humanities and communication ability was the lowest[(2.86±0.89)points].The requirements of teachers with assistant chief physician and above were higher than those of attending physician,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The requirements of teachers with bachelor degree or above were higher than those of teachers in teaching design and implementation ability,teaching evaluation and feedback ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Teachers with teaching years≤5 years have higher demand for teaching design and implementation ability,scientific research and innovation ability than teachers with teaching years>5 years,while the demand for medical humanities and communication ability and teaching evaluation and feedback ability is relatively low,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).78.00%of instructors were satisfied with the training effect,the examination results showed that some instructors were deficient in clinical thinking ability.Conclusion Optimization of training content,development of differentiated training programs,improvement of training methods,and enhancement of examinations and assessments are important for improving the clinical teaching ability of obstetrics and gynecol
