摘  要:考核评价对于人才培养质量的导向作用不容忽视,如何进行科学、合理、系统全面的考核评价一直是现代学徒制人才培养过程中亟待解决的问题。上海民航职业技术学院在空中乘务专业现代学徒制试点过程中,以人才培养目标为导向,结合专业特点和现代学徒制人才培养模式,进一步深化校企合作,对考核评价进行改革和创新,打破以往企业评价和学校评价之间的行业逻辑壁垒,探索与现代学徒制人才培养模式相适应的考核评价方式,构建基于“乘务员岗位胜任力”的现代学徒制四维/层级考核评价体系,此举措对提高人才培养质量,推动中国特色学徒制发展具有积极意义。The guiding role of examination and evaluation in the cultivation of high-quality talents cannot be ignored. How to conduct scientific, reasonable and comprehensive examination and evaluation has always been a pressing issue in the modern apprenticeship system for talent cultivation. Shanghai Civil Aviation College, in the pilot project of modern apprenticeship system for flight attendant professional training, takes the cultivation objectives as the guiding principle, combines the characteristics of the major of Cabin Service and the modern apprenticeship system for talent cultivation, further deepens the cooperation between school and enterprise, and reforms and innovates the examination and evaluation system. It breaks through the industry logical barriers between enterprise evaluation and school evaluation, explores an examination and evaluation system suitable for the modern apprenticeship system for talent cultivation, and establishes a four-dimensional/layered examination and evaluation system based on the competencies of flight attendants. This has positive significance for improving talent cultivation and promoting the development of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
