新质生产力背景下高等职业教育面临的困境及发展战略

摘　　要：新质生产力,作为推动社会主义现代化建设的关键动力源,引领发展潮流,具有重要意义。面对新质生产力的迅猛发展,高等职业教育也面临着诸多困境与挑战,具体表现为育人理念的滞后性,缺乏能够引领新质生产力理念与高职教育深度融合的“新质”教师团队,以及产教融合实践的成效未能充分彰显其潜在价值。针对上述困境,在新质生产力发展背景下,首要之务在于树立“新职教观”,倡导以创新能力、综合素质为核心的新型教育理念。其次,培养“新质”教师团队,培育具备新质特征的高素质师资队伍,为培养新时代所需人才奠定坚实基础。最后,强化“产学研”深度融合,强化教育与产业的紧密联系,积极营造创新生态,以实践为导向,加速“新质”人才的培育与创新,从而推动高等职业教育与新质生产力发展的双向并进,共筑经济社会高质量发展的未来图景。New quality productivity,as the key power source to promote socialist modernization,is of great significance in leading the trend of development.Confronting the rapid development of new quality productivity,higher vocational education is also faced with many difficulties and challenges,which are embodied in the lag of education,the lack of a"new quality"teacher team that can lead the integration of new quality pro-ductivity and higher vocational education,and the effect of the integration of production and education has not fully demonstrated its potential value.Given the above difficulties,under the background of the development of new quality productivity,the first and fore-most task is to establish a""new view of higher vocational education"and advocate a new educational philosophy centered on innovative ability and comprehensive quality.Second-ly,it is necessary to cultivate a"new quality"teaching team and nurture a high-quality teaching staff with new characteristics,so as to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of the talents needed in the new era.Finally,strengthen the in-depth integration of"in-dustry-university-research cooperation"',reinforce the close connection between education and industry,actively create an innovation ecosystem,and accelerate the cultivation and innovation of"new-quality"talents in a practice-oriented manner,so as to promote the two-way progress of higher vocational education and the development of new-quality pro-ductive forces.In this way,higher vocational education and the development of new qual-ity productivity will be promoted in both directions,and the future picture of high-quality economic and social development will be built.
