高职院校学生学习性投入及对学习收获的影响

摘  要:通过问卷调查,发现高职院校学生的总体学习性投入水平表现中等,五个维度中校园经历丰富度得分最高,学业挑战度得分最低。整体学习收获水平中等偏下,价值观方面的收获评价最低。学习性投入的五个维度对学习收获均有显著正向影响,其中校园环境支持度对学习收获的解释力最高。根据调查结果提出针对性建议如下:搭建多元化教育平台,培养自主学习;调整教育教学模式,形成挑战型和创新型学习;转变教育理念,促进学生全面发展;提升院校支持性环境,提高学习收获。Through a questionnaire survey,it was found that the overall level of student engagement among higher vocational college students is moderate.Among the five dimensions,the score for campus experience richness is the highest,while the score for academic challenge is the lowest.The overall level of learning gains is moderately low,with the lowest gains in values.All five dimensions of student engagement have significant positive effects on learning gains,with campus environment support having the highest explanatory power for learning gains.Based on the survey results,targeted suggestions are proposed,such as building a diversified educational platform to cultivate autonomous learning,adjusting educational and teaching modes to foster challenging and innovative learning,shifting educational philosophies to promote students’comprehensive development,and enhancing the supportive environment of vocational colleges to facilitate learning gains.
