摘　　要：教育信念作为教师专业素养的重要组成内容,对教师的教育行为及表现起决定性作用。师范生教育信念的培养是高校师范专业的一项重要工作。采用问卷调查的研究方法,以J大学377名师范专业的学生为研究对象,通过深入分析高校师范生的教育信念现状,深入考察高校师范专业的培养质量。以揭示高校师范生教育信念所存在的问题,提出相应的教育信念培养对策。Educational beliefs,as an important component of teachers’professional competence,play a decisive role in teachers’educational behavior and performance.The cultivation of educational beliefs among teacher trainees is an important task for teacher training programs in colleges and universities.Using the research method of questionnaire survey,377 students majoring in teacher education at J University were selected as the research subjects.Through in-depth analysis of the current educational beliefs of university teacher education students,the quality of training in university teacher education majors was thoroughly examined to reveal the problems in the educational beliefs of normal university students and to propose corresponding strategies for cultivating educational beliefs.
