摘 要:教学是高校教师的首要任务,学术是高校教师职业的本质特征,教师教学学术水平评价是衡量大学教学质量高低的基本尺度。当前社会各界把认真履行教育教学职责作为教师职称制度改革的根本任务。研究选取天津市8所市属高校制订的“教学为主型”教师职称制度文本,并结合对各高校职称评聘工作的实践观察,分析发现评审条件中的评价内容存在“学术交流”导向弱化、评价标准更关注显性教学学术指标、评价方法单一、评价主体由行政管理部门主导等现象。教学学术视域下教师职称评审中的教学评价可通过提高教学学术理论核心地位、丰富教学学术成果、实施多样化教学评价手段、充分发挥教学学术共同体作用等措施进一步完善。Teaching is the primary responsibility of university faculty,while scholarship represents the essential characteristic of their profession.Evaluating faculty members'teaching and academic standards is a key indicator of the quality of university education.There is an increasing call for reforms in faculty title systems,regarding fulfilling educational responsibilities as the core task.This study examines the title documents for"teaching-oriented"professors in eight universities administered by Tianjin Municipal People's Government and combines these with practical observations of the title review process.The analysis reveals several issues,including a weakened focus on"academic exchange"in the evaluation criteria,an overemphasis on explicit teaching and academic indicators,a lack of diversity in evaluation methods,and the dominance of administrative departments in the evaluation process.Teaching evaluation in faculty title review,seen from the perspective of teaching scholarship,can be further improved by enhancing the central role of teaching scholarship theory in teaching evaluation,applying diverse evaluation methods,and strengthening the role of the teaching scholarship community.
