摘 要:全日制教育硕士是我国基础教育师资的重要来源,对未来基础教育质量提升和改革发展具有重要意义。职业生涯教育旨在构建具有中国特色、适应学生身心发展需要的职业生涯教育体系。目前,各高校在本科教育阶段普遍开设职业生涯教育课程,而硕士研究生教育阶段却鲜有开设职业生涯教育的相关课程。通过对全日制教育硕士职业生涯发展现状进行调查研究,发现目前存在自我职业价值观不明晰、教师职业发展定位不准确、职业规划技术与能力比较薄弱等问题,未来应从更加微观的视角建构一种全新的个性化、本土化和实践性更强的职业生涯教育课程内容体系。Full-time Master'sdegreeprograms in education serve as a crucial source of teaching talent for China's basic education system and play a significant role in shaping the quality and future development of education reform.Career education aims to establish a career education system with Chinese characteristics that aligns with students'psychological and developmental needs.While many universities have integrated career education courses at the undergraduate level,such courses are rarely offered in master's programs.A survey on the career development of full-time Master of Education students reveals several issues,including an unclear sense of professional values,inaccurate career positioning as teachers,and weak career planning skills and competencies.Therefore,this study,based on a more detailed and individualized perspective,proposes a new curriculum content system for career education that is more personalized,localized,and practice-oriented.
