摘 要:传统浮置板轨道结构将浮置板置于隔振器之上形成质量-弹簧系统,该系统可有效隔离1.4倍其特征频率以上的振动,但对低频振动具有放大作用。为改善传统浮置板轨道系统的低频隔振性能,将调谐黏滞质量阻尼器引入浮置板轨道并研究其低频减隔振性能。经理论推导给出浮置板轨道结构传递函数,考虑工程实际中轨道谱的随机性,应用H_(2)优化理论推导了调谐黏滞质量阻尼器的最优参数解析解;搭建车辆-轨道耦合系统瞬态响应仿真系统并验证其正确性,进一步应用其研究移动车辆荷载下的车轨动力响应。研究结果表明:附加调谐黏滞质量阻尼器的浮置板轨道,其固有频率附近的振动得到有效抑制,浮置板加速度峰值衰减率达到78%;浮置板轨道结构在低频区段(小于30 Hz)的隔振性能得到明显提升;传往基础的弹簧支反力有所降低;且不会对列车运行的安全性和稳定性产生影响。该技术可有效解决传统浮置板轨道结构低频隔振性能差的问题。The floating slab track,consisting of concrete floating slabs sitting on isolators,is a typical vibration isolation system.It isolates vibrations higher than 1.4 times its eigen-frequency,but amplifies the low-frequency vibration.To improve the low-frequency vibration isolation effect of floating slab track,the tuned viscous mass damper is introduced into the floating slab track to study the low-frequency vibration mitigation performance of the entire system.Theoretical derivation is performed,from which the transfer function of the floating slab track is obtained.Considering the randomness of track spectrum,the closed-form solutions of the optimal parameters of the proposed tuned viscous mass damper are derived using H_(2) optimization theory.A vehicle-track coupling system is built and the time history responses of the vehicle track under moving vehicle loads are calculated.Results show as follows:when the tuned viscous mass damper is equipped,vibration responses of the floating slab track near its natural frequency are effectively suppressed,and the peak acceleration response is attenuated about 78%with significant vibration attenuation in the low-frequency range studied(lower than 30 Hz);After adding TVMD,the spring support reaction force transmitted to the foundation is reduced,and the safety and stability of train operations remain unaffected.The proposed method effectively addresses the issue of excessive low-frequency vibration responses in traditional floating slab tracks.
